Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large shrimp (16 to 20 per lb. size)
1 bulb shallot, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. white wine or juice of 1/2 lemon
2 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
1/2 stick butter
fresh parsley, chopped
1 lb. linguini
Preparation

Peel and devein shrimp.
(Optional:
Cut along back of shrimp to butterfly for larger appearance and fancier looking shrimp.)
