Make-Ahead Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 tsp. onion flakes or 1 small chopped onion
    salt to taste
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes.
    Drain and mash.
    Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion and salt.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan or several smaller ones.
    Drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika (optional).
    Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; no need to defrost.
