Ansley'S Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift sugar, salt and cocoa together.
    Add milk; mix until partially blended.
    Cut up margarine or butter over top. Microwave on High 2 minutes until bottom of dish feels warm to touch.
    Remove from microwave.
    Add vanilla and beat until smooth. Add nuts.
