White Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. dry navy beans
10 c. chicken broth
2 c. chipped onion
2 cloves garlic
6 chicken breasts, cooked
1 (10 oz.) can green chili sauce
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. cilantro
red pepper to taste
cumin to taste
Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
-
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Cook until almost done.
Add remaining ingredients, except for the Monterey Jack cheese. Serve in soup bowls topped with the cheese.
