Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add oil, sugar and vanilla. Continue beating until mix is thick. With spoon, stir in zucchini and pineapple. Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, chopped nuts and raisins. Stir gently until zucchini mixture is blended. Divide dough equally between 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
