Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. chopped tart apples
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans; black walnuts can be used)
    1 (6 oz.) bag butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil together.
    Add all dry ingredients together, add to oil mixture and mix well.
    Stir in apples and nuts.
    Batter will be very stiff.
    Spread in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle chips on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Cool in pan.
    Better if sits overnight.
    Can be eaten with or without icing.
    I use Philly cream cheese frosting.
