Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix (lite)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
1 (7 oz.) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
3 bananas
3 Egg Beaters (use in cake mix in place of eggs)
strawberries
1 large carton whipped cream (lite)
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 13-inch cake pan or glass casserole dish with a nonfat cooking spray.
Prepare cake using Egg Beaters.
While cake is baking, mix sugar and pineapple in a saucepan; boil for 5 minutes.
Remove cake from oven and prick with a fork.
Pour pineapple mixture over top of cake.
Cool completely.
Prepare instant pudding with skim milk as directed on package.
Spread pudding on top of cooled cake.
Slice bananas and put on top of cake.
Spread whipped cream over bananas and place on top of whipped cream.
Chill at least 1 hour.
