Unforgettable Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 chicken wings (2 lb.)
    cooking oil (for deep frying)
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (2 oz.) bottle (1/4 c.) hot pepper sauce
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    celery sticks (optional)
Preparation
    Cut off and discard tips of chicken wings.
    Cut wings at joints to form 24 pieces.
    Fry wings, a few at a time, in 375\u00b0 oil for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels. Transfer wings to a serving dish.
