Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cooked and boned
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1 brick Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small pkg. tortillas (corn or flour)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large skillet or saucepan.
    Saute onion in margarine until tender (about 5 minutes).
    Add soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Cook and stir until fairly smooth.
