Damson Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 stick margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. Damsons
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Wash and strain Damsons.
Beat eggs well.
Add margarine, flour, sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
