Chicken Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. minced, cooked chicken
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    2/3 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine chicken, onion, green pepper, pimento and mayonnaise. Spoon into small shallow baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Serves 4.
