Meatball Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 can French onion soup
    3 carrots, chopped
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. water
    3 potatoes
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs and egg; mix thoroughly. Shape into meatballs.
    In skillet, over medium heat, in hot oil, cook meatballs until browned.
    Pour off fat.
