Appetizer Meatballs - Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground venison
    1/4 c. milk
    1 medium onion, minced
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; shape into bite sized meatballs and flour lightly.
    In skillet, melt butter and brown meatballs. Remove meatballs.
    Combine remaining ingredients and stir into skillet.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add meatballs and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Yield: 50 meatballs.
