S. Ray'S Great Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 large potatoes
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. mayo
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. parsley flakes
Preparation

Cook potatoes, peel and slice into casserole dish.
Mix together sour cream, mayo, onion and parsley.
Layer potatoes and mixture, then potatoes and mixture and so on until both are gone. End with sour cream mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
