Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooked, mashed potatoes
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 boxes powdered sugar
    1 jar peanut butter
Preparation
    Combine vanilla and potatoes.
    Slowly add sugar until it makes a stiff dough.
    Take small portions and roll thin on waxed paper. Spread with desired amount of peanut butter.
    Roll up jelly roll fashion.
    Cool in refrigerator 1 hour.
    Cut into bite-size pieces.
