Cabbage And Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 head of cabbage
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can corn (sweet)
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste

Preparation

Cook cabbage until tender. Brown meat and pour off excess fat.
Add onion to meat mixture and cook till soft. Mix cabbage, corn and meat mixture together.
Layer this, alternating with cheese.
