Cauliflower Polonaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. bread crumbs or seasoned bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    celery salt
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower until tender.
    Melt margarine.
    Stir in crumbs, parsley, egg and celery salt to taste.
    Sprinkle over cauliflower and serve.
