French Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat
2 onions
2 carrots
2 potatoes
3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca (do not use regular tapioca)
2 bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 c. boiling water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Chop vegetables (medium-sized pieces).
Cube beef stew (medium-sized pieces or large, if you so desire).
Mix raw meat, vegetables and tapioca in large bowl.
Put into greased casserole; pour hot bouillon over all.
Add salt and pepper.
