Egg And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices white bread, trimmed and cubed
2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 lb. hot or mild sausage
4 eggs
2 3/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Place cubed bread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with grated cheese.
Brown sausage, drain and crumble.
Spread over cheese. Beat eggs with 2 1/4 cups milk.
Add dry mustard and pour over sausage and cover.
Refrigerate overnight.
When ready to bake, dilute soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour over top.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours until set.
Serves 9 to 12.
