Butterscotch Oatmeal Cream Cheese Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. quick cooking oats
1 (12 oz.) butterscotch morsels
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat margarine, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy.
Add softened cream cheese.
Then add flour, soda and salt.
Add oats and butterscotch morsels.
Mix well.
Spread in greased and floured 11 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 30 minutes (depends on oven difference).
Check with toothpick to see if it is done.
Cool and cut into squares.
