Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    3/4 pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
    4 c. tortilla chips
    6 c. lettuce
    olives, sliced onions, shredded cheese, sour cream (optional toppings)
Preparation
    Cook ground beef in skillet over medium heat, stirring until no longer pink. Add tomatoes, taco seasoning and corn. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes. Place tortilla chips on plates; top with lettuce, then beef mixture. Top with olives, onions, sour cream or other topping of your choice.
