Holiday Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) pkg. Brazil nuts
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. dried apricots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. pitted dates
    1 pkg. candied cherry-pineapple mix
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Line loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inches, with aluminum foil; grease.
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly (leave nuts and fruits whole).
    Spread in pan.
    Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 3/4 hours.
    Remove from pan; gently remove aluminum foil.
    Cool; wrap and store in cool place.
