Sour Cream Banana Cake(Second Place At The Fair) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mashed bananas
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. soda (add to sour cream)
2 c. all-purpose flour

Preparation

Mix sugar and butter; beat until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix well with a mixer until creamy.
Gradually add sour cream, baking soda, bananas and flour.
Pour into a tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
