Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. elbow macaroni
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. Velveeta
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling salt water until tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
    Drain and rinse.
    Melt margarine in small saucepan. Blend in flour; stir until lumps disappear.
    Remove from heat and add milk slowly.
    Return to heat and bring to boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Mixture needs to be of medium thickness. Add cheese, salt and pepper.
    Continue stirring until cheese melts.
    In 1-quart casserole dish, blend cheese mix with macaroni. Serve immediately.
