Tuna Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sherry or lemon juice
    1 can tuna (small, chicken may be used)
    buttered bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix rice, eggs, parsley, pepper and onion.
    Drain tuna and add to mixture.
    Dissolve curry in warmed soup and milk.
    Add to first mixture.
    Add sherry or lemon juice.
    Bake in greased, covered casserole 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
