Chicken Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
3 c. water
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. gumbo file
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. Cajun spice
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Place chicken in large saucepan, cover with water.
Boil until chicken is done (15 to 20 minutes).
Take chicken out (reserve broth) and slice into bite-sized chunks.
Return chicken to broth.
