Olive Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. olive oil
3 anchovies
2 tsp. capers
1 tsp. oregano
pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. green olives with pimento
1 c. chopped, pitted kalamata olives
1/3. c. chopped fresh parsley
4 oz. jar pimento, drained and chopped
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
Preparation

Using a food processor, process anchovies until they form a paste. Add all ingredients to processor and process until thoroughly combined. Chill overnight.
