Broccoli-Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    3/4 c. coarse saltine crackers
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine, 1/2 cup crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, egg, corn and broccoli.
    Pour in quart casserole dish.
    Combine remaining crumbs and margarine or butter; sprinkle over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, uncovered.
