Baumkuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 eggs, separated
1 stick and 2 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. flour
1/2 and 1/4 c. sugar
vanilla
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
pinch of salt
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 pt. fresh strawberries

Preparation

Oven set to broil.
Soften 1 stick butter.
Add 1/2 cup sugar and beat on low with 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Add egg yolks one at a time and beat until smooth.
