Hot Chicken Salad(Makes 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken, cooked and chopped (use chicken or turkey)
    2 c. celery, diced
    2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
    2 c. rice, cooked
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 onion (small), chopped
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cream of chicken soup (condensed; undiluted)
    1 stick butter
    2 c. almonds, sliced
    2 c. corn flakes
Preparation
    Toss first 9 ingredients and spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Then melt 1 stick butter and toss with almonds and whole corn flakes. Spoon over and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
