No-Fuss Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (26 to 32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. basil leaves
6 to 8 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Brown ground beef in large skillet, stirring to break up into small pieces.
Drain grease.
Add spaghetti sauce and tomatoes with liquid; set aside.
Combine Ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese and basil.
Spread 2 cups sauce over bottom of an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
Arrange 3 (4) lasagna noodles in single layer, pressing into sauce.
Spoon Ricotta cheese mixture on top of noodles.
Sprinkle 1 cup Mozzarella and top with 2 cups sauce.
Arrange remaining noodles in a single layer, pressing into sauce.
Top with remaining sauce; spread evenly to cover noodles.
