Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion, mushrooms and green peppers
    2 c. vermicelli
    4 c. cooked, cut up chicken
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    chopped pimento
    water chestnuts, sliced
    2 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion, mushrooms and green peppers. Cook vermicelli. Mix all ingredients. If desired, add 3 tablespoons Sauterne wine over top, then add bread crumbs mixed with parsley and melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake in 13 x 9 baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
