Glazed Carrots And Bananas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. diagonally sliced peeled carrots
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 bananas
Preparation
    Put carrots and water in large skillet.
    Bring to boiling. Cover; reduce heat and boil gently 15 minutes or until tender. Drain carrots and put in bowl.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add sugar, lemon juice and salt; stir until sugar dissolves.
    Add carrots and parsley.
    Cook, stirring occasionally until carrots are glazed.
    Peel bananas, cut into diagonal slices and add to skillet.
    Heat.
