Chicken Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    few drops Tabasco
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    salt to taste
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
Preparation
    Melt butter; saute green pepper, onion and celery until soft. Add rice, tomatoes, broth, salt and Tabasco.
    Boil and stir well. Add chicken.
    Cover.
    Cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until rice has absorbed most of liquid.
