Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon, flaked (2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. finely grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. packaged fine bread crumbs or 1 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Combine ingredients (do not drain salmon), except additional crumbs and butter, mixing
    with a fork until blended.
    Shape into 9 patties using 1/4 cup each.
    Flatten out slightly.
    Dip into the additional crumbs.
    Preheat frypan and melt butter; add patties. Brown, turning to brown on both sides.
    Serve with chili sauce or catsup.
    Garnish with parsley.
