Farmer'S Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    4 potatoes, sliced
    2 large onions, sliced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Trim fat from chops and roll in flour. Brown chops in garlic in hot fat over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Place sliced potatoes in baking pan; top with pork chops. Separate onion slices into rings and lay over chops. Blend in sour cream and mustard. Pour over top. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0. Makes 4 servings.
