Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 c. minced onions
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    2 eggs
    2 c. chuck, ground
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Prepare
    bread
    crumbs, minced onions and green pepper. About 1 hour before serving, start heating oven to 350\u00b0.
    With fork, slightly beat eggs.
    Lightly mix in chuck, then crumbs, onions and
    peppers.
    Add
    horseradish
    and
    mix
    the
    next 4 ingredients.
    Combine
    lightly but thoroughly.
    Put in shallow baking dish.
    Shape
    into
    a
    loaf.
    Spread
    on top 1/2 cup of catsup.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Serve with cole slaw.
