Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sweet potatoes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender.
    Peel and cut into halves. Sprinkle with salt.
    In a skillet, mix sugar, oleo and water. Bring to a boil.
    Put potatoes in syrup and cook over low heat turning occasionally until potatoes are candied, about 15 minutes.
