Swedish Yeast Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 egg
    1 yeast cake or pkg. in 1/4 c. warm water
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cardamon seed
Preparation
    Bring milk, sugar, salt and oleo to scalding, then stir well. Place yeast in 1/4 cup water, until it rises up.
    Add flour and cardamon seed (crushed) to the yeast and all the other ingredients.
    Knead the dough, then let it raise double.
    Roll out to a rectangle size.
    Spread 1/2 stick oleo over all; sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll it up; cut it in two and place in 2 loaf pans.
    Let raise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until done.
