Pizza Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water (warm)
    1/4 c. oil
    rosemary
    garlic
Preparation
    Dissolve dry yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and sugar.
    Combine flour in bowl with salt and 1 1/4 cups warm water, oil and yeast mixture.
    Knead until soft and satiny, adding more flour, if needed.
    Let rise 3/4 hour.
    Punch down and fit into pizza pan or cookie sheet.
    Let rise 1/2 hour.
    Brush with oil.
    Make indentations and insert rosemary and garlic.
    Sprinkle with coarse salt.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Cut and serve while hot. Serves 8 to 10.
