Shrimp Chefs Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. mixed greens, torn into small pieces
    1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
    2 Tbsp. capers
    1/4 c. lemon French dressing
    curry powder (optional)
Preparation
    Put the chilled greens in a bowl.
    If the shrimp are small, leave them whole.
    If medium, slice through the center lengthwise. If large, slice them through the center and then cut across, making each shrimp into four pieces.
    Place on top of greens; sprinkle with capers.
    Pour over the dressing, to which you have added a little curry powder, if you wish.
