Hot Cheese Puffs("A Favorite From The '76 Cookbook".) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika (if desired)
    Toast Beds (see directions)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Beat in baking powder, salt and paprika.
    Fold in cheese.
    Spread 1/4-inch thick on Toast Beds. Broil until browned.
    Serve immediately.
    Broil about 3 to 5 minutes.
