Herb Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar mushroom slices, drained
Preparation
    Combine garlic salt, paprika, oregano and pepper.
    Rub over chicken.
    Arrange chicken in a 12 x 8-inch dish with meatier portions toward edge of dish.
    Drizzle with lemon juice.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Cook on High power for 10 1/2 to 12 minutes. Chicken should be tender.
    Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
