Artichoke Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless chicken breasts
    salt, pepper and paprika to taste
    6 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 (12 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. chicken bouillon (2 cubes in 2/3 c. water)
    3 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large skillet, melt 4 tablespoons butter or margarine and brown seasoned chicken.
    Place chicken in large casserole.
    In another skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter and saute mushrooms for 2 minutes.
    Sprinkle with flour and stir in bouillon and sherry.
    Cook 5 minutes and arrange artichokes between chicken in casserole.
    Pour mushroom mixture over all and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
    Baste while cooking for moistness.
