Mallow-Nut Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. mini marshmallows
2 c. chocolate chips
2 c. chopped walnuts
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 stick oleo
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

In large bowl, combine marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts. In large pan, combine sugar, milk and butter.
Bring to boil. Cook and stir over medium heat to 236\u00b0 on candy thermometer (soft ball stage).
Add vanilla.
Pour over marshmallow mixture.
Beat well until they melt.
Pour into greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Cool; cut into squares.
