Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Place yeast in 2 cups warm, not hot, water.
    Melt butter; add sugar in a large bowl.
    Add beaten egg and dissolved yeast mixture.
    Add flour and stir until thoroughly mixed.
    To cook, drop by spoonfuls into well-greased 2 1/2-inch muffin tins and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until browned.
