Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (29 oz.) can hominy, drained
1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, finely chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. light or heavy cream
1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Grease\ta
1 1/2 quart round casserole and place 1/4 of the hominy in it.
Sprinkle with 1/4 of chili peppers and dot with 1/4
of
sour
cream.
Season lightly with salt.
Repeat these layers 3 more times.
Pour the cream over the casserole and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven 30 minutes.
