Funnel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
3 to 4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
vegetable oil for cooking
Preparation

Beat eggs. Add milk and sugar. Sift half the flour, salt and baking powder together.
Add to egg and sugar mixture. Beat with beater or food processor until smooth. Add only as much remaining flour to make a batter thin enough to run through funnel.
