Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Blend sugar, eggs, vanilla and oil.
Sift dry ingredients together and blend with sugar mixture.
Add chopped apples.
Pour into greased and floured pan and bake 1 hour, until done, in a 350\u00b0 oven.
The cake mixture will be very thick and will result in a very moist, delicious cake.
If desired, garnish with whipped cream.
