Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lasagne noodles
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    6 oz. tomato paste
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef; add tomato paste, tomato sauce, mushrooms, onions, garlic, basil, parsley, salt, oregano, pepper and water.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Cook lasagne noodles.
    Prepare filling by combining cottage cheese, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Alternate layers of lasagne noodles, sauce, cottage cheese and cheese in a 13 x 9-inch pan (3 layers high).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cool 10 minutes and serve.
